The steps
-Heat the frying pan with a bit of oil. Add the shallots and garlic and stir it fry until brown and fragrant.
-Add the chicken, carrot, peppers and chillies and stir fry for 2 minutes. Make sure the vegetables is soft and the meat is cooked.
-Include ketchup, angle sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
-Now include the rice. Keep on stirring sear until the point when all fixings are altogether blend. Dispense and set it a side.
-Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
