Why Pasta Carbonara?
It's one of the most known recipes in the world and because I Love It!
You don’t need many ingredients to make a fantastic carbonara and, done properly, it’s a thing of beauty!
The proper way to start:
Ingredients: -This recipe is for 4 persons.
- spaghetti
- pancetta
- grana padano or parmigiano
- panna or something similar
- Original VEGETA or pepper
- 4 eggs
Let me show you the whole process.
Put the eggs into a bowl, finely grate in the Parmesan or you can use a grated one, season with pepper, add panna then mix well with a fork.
Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water (the photo above) until al dente.
Meanwhile, rub the pancetta skin and cook it in olive oil until it starts to crisp up.
Mix the creamy sauce with spaghetti for 4-5 minutes and keep the fire low. Be very careful, this is the most important part because, you can burn it and, your work will be for nothing.
