Greetings Hivians and welcome to my Sunday food journal,
On Sundays, I always eat very little but drink a lot of water because I play soccer every Sunday from 11:30 AM to 14:00.
Had a small slice of bread with Lipton Tea on Sunday morning for breakfast. This was just to give soccer energy. Drank 1.5 liter of water before, during, and after the soccer game
For lunch, I ate Corn fufu with Kati-Kati (Roasted and cooked chicken), and bitter leaf at 15:00 at an Alumni meeting. The bitter leaf (vegetable) was cooked with egusi and dried fish and the meal was yummy.
Drank Tropical Sangria wine after eating and a few hours after I had 1 liter of water.
Didn't have anything to eat again but drain Captain Morgan Whisky while I was out with friends on Sunday evening.
Sunday was a good day with sports and plenty of water, a balanced diet, and plenty to drink but unfortunately no fruit.
