We offer a variety of platters for our clients where I work. But yesterday the director of the spa came and asked me for a special cheese plate for an event they were hosting.
I put my magic cheese plate gloves on. It was a delight to use the usual cheeses for our charcuterie plates but I also got to whip out the Gorgonzola (mmmmmm blue cheese) and the house made goat-raspberry cheese that we have.
I haven’t heard about how it went but the kudos were rampant when I dropped it off.
