Meatball ingridients :
- Beef 1 kg, ground
- Starch 50 g
- Egg 1 item
- Pepper powder 2 tsp
- 1 tsp salt
- Garlic 4 cloves, puree
- 40 g ice cubes, crush
- 2 liter water
How to make meatball :
Put the ground beef in a container, mix the starch, eggs, ground pepper, salt and mashed garlic.
Mix or knead by hand or can use tools until everything is mixed perfectly.
If it is felt the dough is still soft and difficult to form, then ice cubes can be added slowly until it feels like the dough can be formed.
Boil water in a saucepan until it boils.
Take the meat mixture with your hands then form a round either with both hands or with one hand pressed until the mixture comes out through the index finger and thumb.
Enter the dough that has formed into hot water.
Continue until all the dough is gone.
If the pentol has floated, the pentol has matured. Lift.
