Hello Guys, Today i bring another video of kabab. Today we will learn how to make reshmi seekh kabab.
INGREDIENTS
500 gram chicken boneless
Two medium size grates onion
1 tbsp garlic paste, 4 green chili
1 tbsp ginger paste
10 Allspice mashed
1 long pepper mashed
1 tbsp cumin mashed
1tsp salt
1tsp red chili powder
1 red chili flakes
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
3 breadcrumbs
3 tbsp cream
bamboo skewers
Take 500 gram chicken boneless in bowl.
Add two medium size grates onion, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 4 green chili, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 10 Allspice mashed, 1 long pepper mashed, 1 tbsp cumin mashed, 1tsp salt, 1tsp red chili powder,1 red chili flakes, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder. Mix it well.
Add 3 breadcrumbs in the chicken. And again mix it well.
Now put this chicken in the Chopper. And chop it well.
Add 3 tbsp cream and mix it with hand and leave the mixture for 1 - 1.5 hours.
Joint the bamboo skewers like below picture.
Take 3 tbsp oil in pan and cook the kabab on low or medium flame. Cook every side of kabab for 2-3 minutes.
In the end give 30 second of smoke of coal to the kabab like below picture. When you drop oil on coal it will became smoky.
