INGREDIENTS
3-4 pieces of chicken Thai boneless
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chili sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 red chili powder
1/3 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 garlic powder

Take 3-4 pieces of chicken Thai boneless.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp red chili sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 red chili powder, 1/3 tsp cumin,1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder in boneless chicken. Mix it well. And leave it for 3-4 hour marination

1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 garlic powder. Mix well.
Put Chicken piece in all purpose flour. Cover it with all purpose flour then dip it in water for 2-3 second and then take it back in all purpose flour. For crumbs crush the coated pieces in hand softly.
Now fry the pieces in oil for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
Put mayonnaise on burger bun, lettuce, Chicken piece, tomato ketchup, Mayonnaise
