A pleasant day to everyone! Hope all is well. Today's cooking is a simple filipino dish. Ginataang kangkong na may Tokwa often served in the lunch. this is also a very easy to cook recipe.
Here are the step by step process to cook ginataang kangkong!
Ingredients:
Kangkong 2 bunches
Fresh coconut milk half cup
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 2 inches
Salt & pepper
2 chili ( optional)
** Procedures as pictures below.
Chopped ingredients. Extract coconut flesh. Sliced
tofu
Add oil saute onion, garlic , ginger
Add in , tender stems of water spinach. Cook for
2 minutes. Then add in coconut milk.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add in water spinach leaves, stir until cook.
Approx. 2 -3 minutes Switch
off flame.
Do not overcook leaves
Meanwhile in another pan. Heat oil.
Fry tofu.
Add fried tofu to water spinach.
