Onigir also known as o-musubi, nigirimeshi or riceball, a Japanese food made of white rice formed triangular or cylindrical shapes and often wrapped in nori. Stuffed with variety of fillings and flavors.
Mine is made of white rice still filled with mixed vegetables (carrots, green peas, corn, potatos, baguio beans), bacon bits, ham, chicken flakes and some seasonings.
So easy to make and can be customised in many ways, make an ideal quick snack and a fun alternative to sandwiches. It is also a complete meal that any kid will surely love to munch.
