I'm a sucker for dessert most of the time and if you present the option of gelato I'm sure to indulge. This weekend afternoon lunch with friends was no exception. Creme fraiche flavored gelato on the bottom topped with a small scoop of salted caramel with a pistachio macaroon to top it all off. Absolutely delicious!
