Indeed the taste is sweet with different flavors but we as a parents should know that it's added with high in sugar and refined grain.
Last weeks, my daughter's is not feeling well. She didn't want to ate anything and not even milk. Luckily she want to drink white waters and cereal. For calories and energy, I let's her take.
But the problem is now. She want to eat cereal in the morning and evening. She even tell me she want to bring her cereal to school to shared with her friends. When we in the market, she even picked her cereal based on the package. The colourful package surely attract the kids.
