Alugbati is a common herbal plant in the Philippines where in Filipinos used to it.
This image is captured by me yesterday, we had this for our dinner and is cooked by my mother.
She just cooked it with oil, garlic and onion then she added the papaya (kapayas) to add something in the dish. Papayas can adopt on the flavor of the liquid it is in that is why Filipinos put it as extra recipe. The time the papaya got tender you can now put the alugbati and put some salt and pepper and taste it depending on how you like it to taste.
I know that alugbati is so nutritious specially to those people with High blood pressure.
