Hi guys. I recently cooked tortang talong for our lunch.
I will show now on how to cook it.
First is you have to put put the eggplant(talong) in a boiling water in order to make it tender so you can peel it easily.
After its tender is you're ready to peel it.
Then prepair your egg to coat it.
Then, your ready to fry it.
After its cooked, get it out of the and. Let the oil drip do that the egg coated eggplant will be crispy.
Last step is pwede kana kumain.
