An Easy Cold Appetizer!
Ham and Pineapple
Perfect for leftovers
Cubed fresh pineapple
Glazed Ham, cubed
toothpicks
Honey Mustard
This dish can be made a day in advance.
Cook the ham according to directions, but usually, about 12 minutes per pound if it is already fully cooked, or 13-15 minutes per pound, at 325ºF if it is not cooked. (Internally about 150ºC) I cook mine about 2/3 first while covered with foil, then, remove the foil and ADD Glaze
Cube the ham, after cooking and cooling.
Simply Skewer the pineapple cube, then ham, then pineapple, then ham. Arrange around a center dish containing the honey mustard.

Always, I strive to give back
To the animals and birds around me
to put more plants in than I take out
And be a good steward for the world around me!
