Cutting Out Potatoes

I'm making some changes in my diet, and, sadly, one of my go to veggies, is Potatoes. They are a staple here. Golden Potato, Red Bliss, Maine, Idaho, and more... Mashed, baked, hash browns, Frenched fried, twice baked, and more...

For me, probably Brussels Sprouts are my first, then asparagus and then Potato, so, this will be a change. Meanwhile, it made for a wonderful play with the camera, and the Golden Subjects!
