Grilled Chicken, Grilled Veggies, Watermelon Arugula!
Healthy and Delicious
Grilled Mushrooms, Zucchini, Squash, Onion, with Olive Oil, Lemon, and Balsamic Vinegar
Mix some fresh Basil, Mint, and Arugula, with Feta Cheese
Cut up some watermelon, and add to the arugula, greens and feta!
Normally, we add walnuts, but, we're out!
For dressing mix some fresh squeezed Orange, 2 Limes, 2 Lemons, Red Wine Vinegar, some Honey, and olive oil. Wisk it all together, into a bit of froth. Crack some fresh pepper over the salad.
For me, I grille the veggies first, with olive oil in a grille pan on the grille. Once they are started, I start the chicken on the other side of the grille, with olive oil on the grille plates. LOW heat, low and slow, is KEY with chicken. No high heat, no blackened charcoal chicken. It's good, moist, and tasty.
