Africa is a big continent and Nigeria is a big country with 36 states in it. Here in Nigeria, we locally call this "" Uka na Ube ahuru ahu "" meaning roasted maize and pear .. It can also be taken with coconut but due to high restrictions on coconut for people on pharmacological drugs, pear should be used in place of coconut.
