Bihon Guisado With Sardines And Vegetable
Ingredients:
Bihon (submerge to tap water just enough to make it soft, then drain the liquid)
Sardines
Cabbage, julliene cut (maybe mixed with your favorite vegies,this is only available in our storage)
Oil
Garlic, minced
Onions, minced
Knorr all purpose liquid seasoning
Soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
The ingredients
Procedures:
Saute onions, garlic then cabbage.
Add sardines and the liquid seasoning. Mix and cook in 2 minutes.
Add enough stock or water. Season with salt and pepper.
Add bihon to the liquid mixture. Add soy sauce to enhance the taste and color. Serve hot.
