Here is our breakfast! Chorizo Omellete. The American in the house knows no breakfast but eggs--sunny side up, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, name it and you'll have it!
And this morning, he wants to add a little flavor unto his eggs, and that is chorizo (a type of pork sausage).
We have cooked the chorizo first then diced it, and then sprinkle it in the freshly fried eggs so that it will be evenly distributed. We also added diced onions.
This is it.
It's ready for our sandwich breakfast. We cut the egg into the size of the sliced bread, put some cream cheese, sprinkled a bit of oregano powder, steak powder and some pepper to add flavoring, plus a bit of ketchup (tomato ketchup for him, banana ketchup for us 😂), topped with sliced tomato.
