On tonight’s menu is Mediterranean royal sea bream. The recipe is rather simple: For preparing the fish you need salt, pepper, olive oil and a heavy griddle.


Once the fish is grilled sprinkle with a little aniseed for extra flavour.

Side dish: Peeled potatoes cut into quarters, boiled in salted water. To keep their shape add a few drops of vinegar to the water.
As a second side dish I basted some okra with a little olive oil, heated them in a pan, adding tomato sauce, garlic and some origan.

Cut the fish into filets and dress nicely on the plates with potatoes and okra portions and serve immediately.
