Today I will to continue practice more mindfulness nutrition. I usually eat while watching a TV series / movie / cartoon, which is wrong, because my emotions affect my digestion and I donβt notice how much I eat extra calories because my attention is diverted to the movie.
I have not eaten sugar for a long time, so my taste buds in the language have recovered and can fully enjoy the taste of organic sugar in its natural form, created by nature itself. And everything created by nature is perfect)

This is what my salad looks like when I'm very hungry and I'm too lazy to decorate it.
Salad: Chinese cabbage, cabbage, garlic, sweet pepper, tomato, parsley, dill, chili, buckwheat sprouts, cold-pressed flax oil, lime juice. I'm already tired of running so often to the toilet and really want salt, so I decided to add soy sauce to the salad a little.
Salad turned out delicious) Very tasty cold-pressed flax oil, without it - the salad would not have been tasty for me at all. Lime juice is much more sour and with a pleasant aroma of lime, than sauerkraut juice, which I added to the salad earlier. Chinese Ρabbage is juicy and crispy) and tomatoes ... ooo, I just love tomatoes) Despite the fact that the color of purple onions I like more, but to taste, I prefer white more and added it today.
In general, you just look at this riot of colors) on my plate today is a rainbow of living wholesome food)
From the green I like dill most of all, especially I like the fennel stems, because they are juicy, crispy, salty. And in them natural organic salt, organic sodium, which is not harmful to us, we are also organic. I also love sweet pepper, I like red more, but now the prices for it are very biting.
I try to buy fruits in season, when they are cheaper and tastier)
Fruits are the best you can spend money on - this is investment in your health)

I continue to develop a new healthy habit - drink plenty of water between meals and I still get it)
My impressions of today... My temperature is a little high, Iβm getting a little cold. My mood today is good) I donβt want to eat no raw food, probably because there are no provocative, tasty smells) I will continue!
