Hey Steemians! I want to share what we did when we are preparing for our island hopping.
Early in the morning at 1:00am our co-steemian celebrated his 23rd birthday and he suggested that we celebrate his birthday by an island hopping. So the day before the event we prepared some delicious grilled foods.
This is the Grilled Pork Belly It is a simple dish that you can make with pork. As the name of the dish suggest, pork belly is recommended for this recipe because it is perfect for grilling and it has a good enough fat content that keeps the meat moist and flavorful.
Recipe on Grilled Pork Belly:
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sliced lemon, crashed garlic and some seasoning.
- Mix all of it.
- Then put the cleaned Pork Belly and wait few hour until it will be marinaded.
- And its ready for grill.
-Then wait to 10-15 until it will cooked.
This is Grilled Fish It is a simple dish that many Filipinos want to eat with.
Recipe on Grilled Fish:
Just like the Grilled Pork.
