Just a couple of pictures from my lunch today. It's orzo in red rabbit sauce, and it is utterly delicious. Beyond divine.
To tell the truth, I love food, but I am not really keen on cooking. So, when I do cook, I use large quantities, so that there's something left for the next day too.
Like this rabbit stew that I cooked yesterday. I had that with mash potatoes, but I saved a lot of sauce, and today I put some orzo in it, and that's another dish done in practically no time at all.
Orzo is made from barley, and it's super healthy, and super tasty too. People also call it risoni; in Greece we call it 'kritharaki'.
I normally put some grated cheese on top, to make it a bit more filling. Parmesan is the best, but I didn't have any, so I used some other cheese from my fridge.
