The ‘pusu' is made out of a simple tropical material from ‘tender coconut fronds’ which is weaved to make a diamond shaped woven palm leaf pouch.
The pusu rice (also known as hanging rice) is a type of dumpling made from rice packed in a 'pusu'.
This is usually common in Cebu, but to take part of the nutrition month celebration, some of the "Nenorte Samarnon" produce this product and it is now available in the "talipapa" (market).
