I wish I had time to decorate it better but when you are lazy and just want to eat something, presentation don’t matter. Here is my shrimp avocado salad.
I’m trying to eat as clean as possible but I just don’t seem to be satisfied with clean food unless I added avocado.
I’m on a workout routine and trying to get stronger and healthier, I do T25 which is an intense cardio for 25 mins a day.
Any suggestions on food menu and fitness programs would be great!
