Few years ago, super typhoon Yolanda hit Tacloban City. But after more than four years the city has bounced back from its darkest days.
The rebuilding process inspired local restaurateurs to hype up a bit their cafes and food places.
With several businesses sprouting, the city is well on its feet and makes its mark as a tourist destination most especially to foodies. New hole-in-the-wall restaurants and specialty cafés have joined the food scene thus making the decision of where to eat in Tacloban a hard one.
