Chicken feet is not a common dish for serving in many countries. But it is very common mostly in Asia such as China, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia to name a few. It can be served in dim sum dish, stewed with black sauce, sweet and sour sauce and in soup dish.
In my family alone are chicken feet fan, except for me. Lolx. Yes, excludes me because I use chicken feet to serve for other course. Every other week on Sunday, we would go out for breakfast and look for Dim Sum. One of the selected dim sum will always be the stewed and simmered chicken feet.
If you would like to buy fresh chicken feet (uncooked) from the market, it is selling at average RM 6.00/Kg (USD 1.52/kg). And bit of advise, you would want to get the seller to clean it first by cutting its' fingernails (the claw).
Some would find this meal disgusting but many who are eating chicken feet finds this dish as their delicacy.
