Was soo distracted that i forgot to record my benchpress and rows so filled it in with some of my golf rotation stability and mobility exercises.
Really feeling the improvements from my workout routine but it seems it will still take a few more months before my body will really be βbalancedβ
As always just beed to keep on grinding.
