Ingredients
170 grams of all-purpose flour
120 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of mashed corn
1 teaspoon baking soda
275 ml of coconut milk
100 ml of oil
How to make
- Mix flour, crushed corn, sugar, salt, baking soda, and coconut milk.
- Stir the mixture until well blended.
- Then, add oil to the mixture and stir well.
- Heat the steamer.
- Put the mixture into the cake mold, then steam for about 30-40 minutes.
- Raise and serve.

This steamed corn cake is very easy to make and is a vegan choice because it has no eggs. The good news, if you want to replace corn with pumpkin, that's no problem. Use steamed pumpkin with the same dose.
