" I just love all of the ingredients she put into her dish. She carefully flavored her dish and chose different textures. I have never tried black rice before and I imagine it would be chewier and nuttier then white rice, which would add to the enjoyment of this dish. The pineapple and the tofu really grab my attention. I love those combinations. She is a top notch inspiration for healthier eating!"

To for a very exotic smoothie. I have never imagined making a smoothie from tamarind and I've never seen this pear like fruit before. Along with the cinnamon and the creaminess of the bananas, I imagine it to taste just dreamy. I consider her one of the best raw chefs I know of.

To for her mushroom creations made with mushrooms that are not commonly used here in Canada although they are available. She has shown us some creative ways to prepare them. The platter looks like it would win any crowd over and the the mushroom salad sounds like something I would just love. Not to mention that her video is amazing with top notch video production value.

To for a homemade pizza that has some wonderful toppings. I like that she put turnip as well as the other items making it different from the average veggie pizza. It really made me want pizza!

To for those lovely pancakes. I love that they are made with chia, millet and konjac making them light and gluten free. Of course that superb raspberry and blackcurrent ice is just... wow!
