there is a TON of sugar in jams and preserves.... hahahaha You can make it yourself with less sugar! ;) orrrrrrrr you can just eat a piece of fruit???? hehehehehe
I'd say paranoia is not overrated when it comes to sugar. it's everywheeeeeeere. even under your bed!!!!! its pretty much like the boogeyman.
