This is my aquaponics indoor nft system. NFT stands for nutrient film technique. I am raising channel catfish and various plants together. This system only cost me about $150. It was a cheap and easy system to build. I'm hoping to get enough sunlight from the windows to grow all these plants while at the same time raise some catfish.
