I just bought this wonderful book and it is AMAZING. All the greens that I'm growing on my farm next year are in this book plus others I haven't looked at yet. This is gonna be helpful not only for me but all the clients I see to. Now I can help them discover new greens and what to do with them.
As an example, I will be planting Mizuna very early in the growing season to have ready for the Farmers Market in April. If you head over to page 181 thru 183, the book talks Mizuna. The pictures are beautiful. Plus there is 2 recipes that include Mizuna. The first page starts off with a description of the plant, followed by all the different varieties. It gives the season which Mizuna grows and breaks down: How to choose, how to clean, how to store, how to refresh, cooking methods, and pairings. This book is very informative about each green that is in the book. You should add this to your library of books.
