Hello, my name is Odrianis, I am a Venezuelan living in Perú.
This year I have been 3 years since I am in Lima, and I have not yet managed to try all the dishes that exist in this wonderful country.
I love to eat, I like to try new flavors, live new experiences and that is why my time here has been incredible.
Food in Peru is not only ceviche, if you search in google you will find that they have more than 400 typical dishes. Is that here they eat everything, when I say everything, is everything. From the head to the legs of the chicken, for example.
They have known how to take advantage of all the resources they have and what the animals offer them. They have known how to combine aromas and flavors so that the simplest dish is exquisite.
Here is a list of the few dishes I have tried, which have ingredients such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, fish, rice, chicken, plantain, meat, pork and lots of condiments that give it that special touch.
Look for it and dare to try them, you will not regret it.
