gu-lord-dark has brought us a lot of different statistics about the game. Now he gives us a little background on all the work it has taken behind the scenes.

It began about 2 years ago. I stumbled upon the God Unchained API and thought "Hey, nice. There's all the data that other game companies never give out. Let's see what you can do with it.". So I started to code and wrote an application that took the data from the GU API and saved it in a database. I started with match data and decks and looked at the win rates for the different decks. After that I wrote a report to see how many players are active in GU.
A helpful guide on the GU interface. Includes a bit of gameplay!
As a newbie when I first started out playing Gods Unchained, the interface was a little bit difficult for me to navigate, I didn't know what to do, how to create a deck, start a game, I was completely lost, but slowly with the help ofI started to understand everything and that is why I am writing this post to help new users navigate their way through.
CopperPitch breaks down the nuance behind free-to-play decks. It's not as obvious as it may seem.

I recently got a few YouTube comments from people trying to Raid Reveller me. "Hey Copper! This deck isn't F2P, how dare you! I don't own all the cards, therefore I'd have to BUY them. Ergo, this deck is not F2P!"But what makes a deck qualify as F2P? Are they right in calling my video "clickbait" if I use the term F2P and there are only Core, Welcome Set, and Divine Order cards used? Not even a single legendary in the deck??
A frenzy war deck from gabefessor. Enjoy Sole Survivor while it lasts

Today I come with my war frenzied aggro deck that I will use in the championship this Saturday, I need to have 2 decks to be able to play so I'll use my Big Beasts nature deck and this one that I ended up doing after I managed to open my weekend rewards.
A newer player discovers the joys of a zombie deck.

In an attempt to have a good strong deck to play with after making use of my God war deck for a while, i was able to come across this deck after watchingrecent Zombie deck video and how he was able to utilize the card properly, I was wowed because i have faced something like this before where an opponent destoryed my deck with this zombie leeching cards which keep coming up every round. It was really an eye opener, tried to purchase the cards with my Gods token but it wasnt enough and i forgot about it.
A free-to-play nature deck from tonyp2e that went 22/25 in Mythic! (It passes CopperPitch's definition - we checked).

Hello! I'm Tony and I'd like to share F2P Nature Deck strong enough to compete in Mythic rank on Weekend event!
One of our many submissions to 's nature deck competition.

Tournament gameplay from jomigloy3
Hey everyone! Here I have my matches from the P2E tournament that took place on December 28. This is one of the many tournaments that the Gods Unchained community was lucky to have recently. Some have finished and some are still ongoing, and I feel like I learn a lot with every single match.
Squid brings you all the Google Docs you could want and shows you how to dig in for more details.

I cobbled the spreadsheet together from other card spreadsheets on the Gods Unchained Discord and Blog a while ago when Divine Order came out. Gudecks is more useful for searching up cards, so I don't use the spreadsheet often. The card descriptions are manually updated when there are balance changes. There might be a way to automate the spreadsheet with the GU card api.
More introduction posts as our community grows. Got to love ones that come with gameplay vids.
I am Nick and I started to play this game in the closed Beta when Nft's weren't really a big thing yet, but I instantly got sold on the idea of owning the cards on the Ethereum blockchain and being able to trade and sell those cards.
We hope you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from these posts. We also strive to highlight the best gods unchained post. We look forward to highlighting even more of you.
