I like granola and it is fun to make because it is easy and i can mix just anything i want.
Here is the recipe i took from "Taste of home" and modify it to my liking.
Honey Granola
3- 4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup honey
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all wet ingredients then mix the dry ingredients in it too. I mixed them with hand because it is easier for me.
Bake in preheated oven 350°F/175°C for 10 minutes then i took it out, cut it in pieces then bake it for another 8-10 minutes. I like crunchy granolas so i baked mine longer.
Yield: 20-25 squares/bars.
