Yesterday was my volume day and I did the following:
** • Incline dumbell Bench 3x12 @ 14kg
• 1 arm dumbell shoulder press 3x11 @ 10kg
• Rear Delt Flys 3x10 @ 14kg
• Rope stretched push downs 3x12 @ 14kg
• Romanian Deadlift 3x10 @50kg
• Lat pulldowns 4x8 @ 39kg
• 1 arm farmers hold x 60 sec,50 sec,35
sec.
• Reverse Lunges 3x10 with 12kg.
• Barbell curls 3x12 @ 15kg**
I did bodyweight calf raises because the machine was occupied. I also forgot to do the leg raises for my abdomen. However the deadlift has hit my core along with the 1 arm farmers hold. I can still feel it.
