Maybe..
🧡...take a break, instead of taking another headache pill.
🧡...a few loving words to yourself, instead of nagging at yourself
🧡...a few steps outside to breath in the fresh air, instead of endlessly scrolling through the feed....
As for the latter point - this beautiful post of mine, you may of course still finish reading!!! Since I am very generous in that case! 😉😆
Aber dann - hör auf Deine Seele, Deine wahre innere Stimme. Sie wird Dir niemals flüstern "Bitte gib mir noch ´ne Aspirin!" Und falls sie das doch tut, ist es nicht Deine Seele, sondern nur Dein grunzender Schweinehund, der nicht möchte, dass Du den eigentlichen Ursachen auf den Grund gehst. Denn auch, wenn uns manche Situationen nicht gut tun und wir das sogar wissen, ändern wir nichts. Sie sind Teil unserer Komfortzone geworden, obwohl sie mit Komfort nichts zu tun haben.
Hör zu, sei für Dich da! 🧡
But then - listen to your soul, your true inner voice. It will never whisper to you, "Please give me another headache pill!" And if it does, it's not your soul, it's just your weaker self (or ego, in german we say Schweinehund, not quite sure how to translate this correctly...) who doesn't want you to get to the bottom of the real causes. Because even if some situations don't do us any good and we even know that, we don't change anything. They have become part of our comfort zone, although they have nothing to do with comfort.
