Drinking water position: Standing vs Sitting
It is said that a human need 8 glasses of water daily for healthy life.
But the most important is how you drink water , by standing or sitting.
Its effect our health system.
- When anyone drinking water by standing the water flow to the stomach wall and hit it directly, that can cause bad affect on digest. When they sit and drink, the flow goes throw normally.
- Drinking water in standing position can cause arthritis
- One will feel thirst after some time when they drink water by standing because when the water goes inside quickly they feel like thirst is complete, but it’s not.
- Standing and drinking cause indigestion
- Drinking water by standing can cause ulcers & heartburn.
