Health is the major subject in our full day life.If your health is not good you can't do anything well,if you are okay that means if your health is fine you can do any types of work in any situation.So a good health is must.

walking in the morning: walking in the morning is good for health.It helps us to remove tension.It helps us to think positive.It helps us to make our mind fresh.It gives us extra energy then we can work full day long.It helps us to weight loss.
so you should follow this steps.Eating healthy food: Healthy food is good for health control.If you take regular healthy food you can save yourself from heart diereses.It always give glowness in your face. you don't need to go to the doctor if you take regularly healthy food.You can control your age from it seriously.I want to tell a small story,my teacher is 70 years old but He looks just 30 or 35 years old just for his control of food.so if you want to be that let's start from today.
physical exercise: besides walking you should take some physical exercise.you can take yoga it helps to keep mind totally fresh.it helps body blood circulation .
4.Give time to yourself: Whenever you get free time you should give time to yourself because if give time to yourself you can silently make a solution of your problem carefully.You should take rest and you should sleep properly and a proper place.
