The schedule is broken up into 4 doses a day.
Before Breakfast:
1 aged garlic extract pill
Alpha Lipoic Acid 100-300mg
Decaffinated Green Tea Extract (Standardized to 325mg EGCG)
Before Lunch:
1 aged garlic extract pill
Before Alpha Lipoic Acid 100-300mg
Decaffinated Green Tea Extract (Standardized to 325mg EGCG)
Before Dinner:
1 aged garlic extract pill
Alpha Lipoic Acid 100-300mg
Decaffinated Green Tea Extract (Standardized to 325mg EGCG)
Bedtime:
1 aged garlic extract pill
Alpha Lipoic Acid 100-300mg
