Do you know of Monsanto and their atrocities?
If you don't, then you might want to look into the company a bit because you're probably consuming or coming in contact with their chemicals. Recent new from Natural News gives some insight as to what they have been suppressing information for many years. There is now proof they "deliberately sold deadly chemicals on the consumer market that it knew all along were harmful to humans."
As part of the epic Poison Papers archive, which we’ve covered previously, thousands of pages of internal documents highlight how Monsanto was fully aware that a family of chemicals known as PCBs or polychlorinated biphenyls, were not only detrimental to human health, but also environmentally persistent – meaning they don’t biodegrade that easily.
Monsanto has apparently known since the 1950s that PCBs weren’t exactly safe, and yet the Missouri-based corporation continued to sell these products regardless. And thanks to the tireless work of investigative journalist Peter von Stackelberg and Oregon-based amateur investigator Carol Van Strum, it’s now all on the record.
That's not all, but Peter von Stackelberg also found that it wasn't just Monsanto covering up their evil deeds, but many other companies as well. The article states:
The unfortunate reality is that this doesn’t stop with Monsanto. Von Stackelberg's laborious research throughout the 1980s led him on a rabbit trail of discoveries, including the fact that many different chemical companies at the time were pulling the same shenanigans as Monsanto when it came to lying about the safety and effectiveness of their products.
After hearing rumors that his local provincial government in Saskatchewan was mulling over a ban on more than 100 chemicals commonly used in agriculture, von Stackelberg got to work. What he discovered was that many of these approved chemicals had been given the green light by a corrupt testing lab in the United States known as Industrial Bio-Test (IBT) Laboratories.
'The list of chemicals was actually jaw dropping in terms of the ones where there were serious questions about the safety studies,' von Stackelberg recalls.
If that isn't bad enough for Monsanto, these "poison papers" which are "incriminating documents", a judge released to "prove Monsanto colluded with federal regulators and scientists to promote glyphosate for financial gain" according to this article. So, what are these "papers" and could this be any worse?
The project includes more than 100,000 documents detailing how the chemical industry knowingly worked with government regulators to conceal the toxicity of chemical products for forty years. The Poison Paper’s lead journalist, Peter von Stackelberg, says the papers lay out 'a 40-year history of deceit and collusion involving the chemical industry and the regulatory agencies that were supposed to be protecting human health and the environment.'
In the latest release of documents, it is clear that Monsanto deceived the public with their controversial, best-selling herbicide. Almost all the science backing glyphosate turns outs to be fraudulent. All claims of glyphosate safety were myths. Monsanto deceptively worked with federal regulators and laboratories to make glyphosate appear safe, all for financial gain.
Most frightening, the federal agencies that were supposed to protect the public went along with Monsanto instead and promoted toxic products under the guise of federal oversight. The Poison Papers reveal that Monsanto retracted studies at their own discretion if the study showed any form of glyphosate toxicity. Monsanto agents were caught ghostwriting articles deceptively promoting glyphosate. The chemicals that accompany glyphosate in Roundup make it even more toxic than glyphosate alone.
Furthermore, Monsanto misled European and Canadian regulators. Dead test animals were substituted for live ones and the substitutions were omitted from lab reports. Successful lab reports were copied and pasted to approve other products. Managers even forged signatures to falsify safety reports for chemicals.
Not only did a "prominent laboratory help[ed] Monsanto fake safety data on several pesticides," but Monsanto sold the highly carcinogenic chemical called dioxin "under the chemical name santophen" to other companies such as Lysol. Realize, dioxin was a chemical found in the now-banned chemical AGENT ORANGE."Dioxin was ousted as a toxic contaminant" in Agent Orange. Are you grasping how bad this is? That is terrible! To think that so many protective agencies and federal laws could be broken in the name of greed. So many people are consuming or coming in contact with these toxins and having irreversible issues stemming from their poisonous and carcinogenic nature. Do some research because this "glyphosate" has been found in many of the products you eat such as cereals and Quaker Oats. Be vigilant and informed and do your own research.
