About three weeks ago, I posted about exercising on a regular basis. I made a training schedule for myself and I'm now exercising three times a week.
So, I bit the bullet and bought a sports watch to help me achieve the goals I set for myself and adhere better to my planned workouts.
I tried using different apps on my phone, but that wasn't really working for me (I also like to leave my phone at home when going for a run). With the watch, it's really easy. I can put a workout together on my phone or computer and then upload it to the watch.
It also gives all sorts of stats and features integrated GPS/GLONASS navigation.
And when I get back home, it uploads automatically to my phone and to Strava. Pretty cool!
