Walnuts are a favorite in my family. It is healthy to eat a hand of these fake brains every day (according to the boys they look like that and that's right). This can be done with the yoghurt for breakfast, smoothie or with a salad for lunch. I have another recipe for walnut bread let me know if you want it.
Walnuts contain a high concentration of DHA and type 3 omega fat acid. DHA helps with cognitive performance, and that can be good for all ages. So I start learning early on with things like this when feeling my children. As an alternative i go with cashew nuts they have iron in them. Also a healthy nutrient for your brain. So are you looking for a healthy snack for the dip hours at your work? Wal of cashew nuts !
