After overnight fasting breakfast is the first meal we take , so this is a chance to align the food , calorie according to our daily requirement .
The overall productivity of a long day largely depends on balanced diet . 20-30% of our daily calorie requirement can be taken at breakfast . Minerals also need to supplement the body throughout the day , hence its important we take in necessary amount.
For food lovers , even if we take some extra calorie at breakfast this wont prevent us maintaining a proper body shape. We have a full day ahead if we need to burn out the extra.
