Today I want to show an easy daily gesture to get a lot of benefit on our health.
What you need is just a lemon, warm (not hot) water and optional a half teaspoon of honey!
So now squeeze the lemon and add it to a glass of warm water add optionally with desired honey.
The best way is drink it just wake up so on an empty stomach.
After that wait 10/15 minute before breakfast.
That’s it!
Why?
This have many Benedict. In addition to vitamin C, B and minerals, fresh lemon have a purifying action and regulates our intestines.
I follow this easy action from more than 2 years and I get in health specially in winter season.
