Yeah am totally sure that almost all of us are guilty of this including my self. Absolutely many time we do eat our dinners at a very late hours like 8, 9 or even 10 PM due to some reasons or even due to the fact that we may not have enough knowledge on this.
Trust me eating food at late night won't stop us from hunger as that may be some people believe , but rather is affecting our health status negatively that we may not know about.
