Today I made an impulse buy.
I bought one of these luxury yoga ball chairs!
I also bought one for my wife, whom is a lot smaller than me, so I saved money buying hers. The reason bought this chair is I suffer from serious back pain, I have for most of my life. I refuse to use drugs to numb the pain, as it is my sincere belief there is a natural way to be relatively pain free. I have been doing yoga and physical therapy, with minimal results. Every time I bend over, I scream or at least groan in serious pain. I am too young to feel this way. I lead a healthy lifestyle, most likely bought on by my various health problems. Honestly I feel like I am ahead of the curve and WILL be pain free shortly. I will be keeping you updated on how the chair works for me, as well as my overall health journey as it's my goal to inspire others to become healthy and happy.
