Cooked carrots are excellent source of potassium, folic acid, cooper, magnesium and it contain vitamin B6. Carrot is rich elements which purify & revitalize the blood, it's also contain, in smaller amounts essential oils, carbohydrates and nitrogenous composites, carrots are known for their sweetening, diuretic, anti-anemic healing, re-mineralising and sedative properties. Carrots also contains iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, sulphur and phosphorus.
It's better composition than any wonder drug.
