The first step in my weight loss was to give up high fructose corn syrup. It is in so many food products and from what I read it has very little (if any) nutritional value. I was amazed when I started looking at food labels for it. I found it in every aisle of grocery store, even in hot dogs & hot dog buns.
Today I am reading that it contains mercury, even worse that they are hiding it on food labels by calling it "Natural Sweetner".
Improve your health today by eliminating high fructose corn syrup from your diet.
